Position: Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: South Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: Circa £43,000 per annum
Shift: Monday to Friday (Days)

Overview:
Are you a skilled engineer seeking an exciting opportunity with a dynamic FMCG manufacturer in South Ipswich? Look no further! Our client is currently searching for a dedicated Multi Skilled Engineer to join their team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all plant and equipment through both reactive and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on all plant and equipment.
• Ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
• Oversee and manage stock levels.
• Liaise with purchasing and supplier contractors for the timely ordering of spares.
• Provide support for fault diagnosis and repair within a manufacturing environment.
• Be on call (OOH) for 1 out of 4 weeks, with generous compensation.

Experience:

• Multi Skilled Engineer with a electrical bias.
* FMCG experience
• PLC knowledge and experience in fault diagnosis and repair within a manufacturing industry.
• Fantastic organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
• Willingness to be on call (OOH) for 1 out of 4 weeks, evenly spread within the team and generously compensated.
