We have a new Sales Administrator role based in Cambridge with a multi-award winning company in the automotive industry. If you have previous Sales Administrator or Customer Service experience this could be the perfect next role for you.
You will be supporting a busy sales department, which requires the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Due to the nature of the business, there is also some customer facing elements, which would suit someone who doesn't always like to be stuck in an office looking at four walls!
Your duties will include:
- Loading orders on the DMS
- Invoicing
- Taxing vehicles on ARFL system
- Filing
- Purchasing in vehicles on the DMS
- Keeping the DMS data up-to-date
- Any ad-hoc admin
