I am the Industrial Recruitment Consultant within Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics, & Distribution. Working on temporary, contract, and permanent assignments across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire - supporting clients and candidates by connecting them with individuals for Production and Warehouse, Stock and Control Management to Supervisors, Production Operatives & Forklift Operators.

I joined Compass Point Recruitment in January 2024, bringing a background in International Sales for Business Education, along with experience in English Learning & Homestay Recruitment within the UK sector.

My focus has always been on understanding people’s needs and aspirations to help them thrive in their day-to-day environments. Working with people of all ages and nationalities has taught me the importance of bringing individuals together to create supportive and inclusive workplaces.

I continue to bring this mindset into recruitment, finding the best talent to meet the needs of both clients and candidates.
