Meet the Team

I am the Commercial Recruitment Consultant and assist candidates in finding positions within Administration, Customer Service, PA/Secretarial and Reception. I facilitate roles on a Permanent, Temporary and Contract basis, including full time and part time positions. I have an upbeat and bubbly personality! With my personable approach I am able to create long standing relationships with clients and candidates, offer proactive interview and placement support and pinpoint all party requirements to find the best match.

Before joining Compass Point in 2016, I started working life as a Support Worker, providing day to day support for adults with learning disabilities. I worked for a Not for Profit organisation in Greenwich, London and in June 2014 I was asked to set up a new administrative position within a respite care home. This was an exciting opportunity which enabled my passion for Sales and Marketing to begin! When I decided it was time for a change and relocated to Bury St Edmunds to be closer to family, I approached Compass Point Recruitment to assist me in finding a new role and was introduced to the prospect of becoming a Resourcer for the company! After several interviews, I was offered the position of Resourcer and within 3 months with the team I was promoted to ‘Commercial Recruitment Consultant!’ It has been an exciting first few years in the world of recruitment and I am looking forward to my future with Compass Point!

Away from work I am relishing my new home in Suffolk and see my life as quite like a soap opera having made the move from TOWIE to Emmerdale!
