Position: Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve exceptional sales results while maintaining service excellence standards.
• Monitor account performance metrics and adapt strategies for growth.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of internal key accounts to meet growth targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support the introduction of new products and services within the region.
• Develop tailored plans based on in-depth analysis of client needs.
• Work with internal teams for a cohesive customer experience.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align objectives.

Experience:

• Proven experience in customer service or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated sales performance meeting targets.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Leadership capabilities to drive account growth.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Full clean driving license with availability to travel.
