Are you a skilled Management Accountant with a passion for numbers and an analytical mindset? Our client, a leading manufacturer based just outside Ipswich, is looking to strengthen their finance team with an experienced Management Accountant. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present accurate management accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring timely delivery and clear insights into business performance.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Conduct detailed analysis of costs, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing processes.
- Utilise analytical and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights, supporting decision-making across the company.
- Ensure financial processes comply with internal controls and accounting standards, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Provide regular financial reporting to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on understanding and interpreting financial data to drive business decisions.
- Experience with analytical and business intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) would be beneficial.
- A solid understanding of financial reporting and management accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
