We are looking for a Material Handler to join a fantastic company in Mildenhall that specializes in spices, flavours, and ingredients, supplying top businesses across the UK and Europe.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a valid FLT license and experience who is looking to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in a company that offers excellent development and progression opportunities.
As a Material Handler, you will:
- Operate forklifts (FLT) to move materials and stock around the warehouse and production areas.
- Ensure that ingredients and materials are accurately stored, weighed, and delivered to the correct production lines.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure materials are always available for production needs.
- Follow strict health & safety procedures and ensure that all operations comply with food handling regulations.
- Support the production team by ensuring materials are prepared and transported efficiently, meeting customer specifications.
- Exceed KPIs by maintaining productivity levels and assisting with warehouse logistics.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid FLT license and experience in operating forklifts.
- Experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and food procedures.
- A motivated, dedicated individual who takes pride in their work.
- Experience in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries is advantageous.
