Office Administrator
Newmarket, Suffolk

We are delighted to be working with a business based in Newmarket, who are actively seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Operating in a dynamic environment, they require a dedicated individual to support various departments with administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Administration and have experience working in busy environments as well as being front of house - so an element of Customer Service experience is also desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

•Receive phone calls
•Respond to straight forward queries and direct more complex enquiries to relevant team member
•Receive and direct written correspondence
•Assist with outgoing correspondence
•Document scanning and filing
•Manage Company email accounts
•Receive and log incoming card payments
•Assist with annual pitch fee reviews
•Assist with quarterly utility bills
•Responsibility for maintenance of resident data and information on company CRM system
•Other ad hoc tasks as required

Attributes & Experience:

•Excellent telephone manner
•Confident communicator
•Excellent time management and organisational skills
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
•Experience of customer service is desirable


Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm (half an hour lunch) Monday to Friday
Holiday: 20 days + 8 Bank Holidays
Salary: :£25,000-£27,500
