Supply Chain/Customer Service Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Stowmarket, Suffolk

Are you a dynamic, disciplined, and focused individual looking to excel in a fast-paced environment? We are working with a large scale food supplier who are seeking a Supply Chain/Customer Service Administrator to be the linchpin between their customers and operational departments

You will need to have solid experience in Supply Chain Administration, Logistics and Customer Service!

What You'll Do:

•Ensure seamless processing and administration of customer orders, striving for 100% service delivery.
•Build strong relationships with key teams and stakeholders.
•Conduct logistical reviews and end-to-end supply chain assessments for cost-saving opportunities.
•Utilize forecasting tools to provide valuable insights to the Supply Chain team.
•Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional activities.
•Manage seasonal events, new product launches, and in-store demonstrations.
•Handle order processing, stock allocation, delivery processing, and incident control.

What We're Looking For:

•Experience in customer-facing roles and high-volume supply chains, ideally in the food industry.
•Proficiency in Outlook, SAP, and general administration tasks.
•Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•A proactive problem-solver with a creative approach to challenges.
•Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•A team player who is determined, enthusiastic, and adaptable.

Additional Information:

•Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (DOE)
•Hours: 37.5 hours (Core hours to suit)
•Hybrid working available Fridays and Mondays you will need to be local to be in the office Tuesday to Thursday
•Outskirts of Stowmarket
•25 days holiday + bank holidays
