Technical Customer Service Administrator
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

We are delighted to be working with a large-scale, award-winning manufacturer who are looking to expand their Customer Services team. This is a small but mighty team, looking to welcome someone with a passion for delivering an excellent service in a business to business capacity!

The client we are supporting is looking for a seasoned Customer Service professional with experience providing efficient and professional customer service support to their customers, ideally with experience within a Manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be open to expanding their skill set as there is potential for growth and development for the right person!

Duties will include:

•Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and dealers relating to all aspects of customer service (prices, orders, returns, after sales service)
•Supporting the sales team and after sales service team to maximum efficiency
•Have an understanding and knowledge of the company products following training and provide information to customers on products stocked
•Utilizing the company systems of SAP, Salesforce, and Teams and keeping up to date

A proven background in a similar role position is essential to be considered for this vacancy.

Key Requirements:

•Proven experience within customer service (office based)
•Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
•Strong customer communication skills
•Minimum level 2 English and Maths (GCSE equivalent)
