Job Title: Technician

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join the team and elevate the production to new heights! A global leader in manufacturing to provide technical support to the manufacturing unit. Carrying out tool changes and machine settings, ensuring quality is processed in line with the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform tool changes and settings for plastic molding machinery, including Extrusion Blow Molding and Injection Molding.
Diagnose and resolve issues on machinery, identifying mechanical faults, setup problems, ancillary equipment settings, and production quality concerns.
Ensure all machines are consistently running with the correct materials.
Report machine faults to the maintenance department by raising maintenance work orders.
Conduct regular safety inspections on all machines and equipment, taking necessary actions to address any non-compliance.
Complete QC checks on machines to maintain quality standards.
Perform post-production quality checks following the Blowmold Work Instruction 10.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance, Machinist, or a similar field, or possess an equivalent qualification.
Have clear and proven experience in a technical role such as Technician
Possess experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment, which is a significant advantage.
Demonstrate technical expertise in blow molding or injection molding, particularly in setting machines and tools, which is highly desirable.
Exhibit strong diagnostic skills and excellent communication abilities.
